Solid roundup. The 287(g) cooperation bans are interesting because they flip the usual federalism argument on its head. I remember when Arizona tried SB 1070 and everyone rightfully said immigration enforcement is a federal role, now blue states are using that same logic to say 'fine, it's your job, you handle it'. The lawsuit provision is probabyl where the real action will be though.
