Republican who could win across the outer boroughs: Malliotakis. She can bring in ethnic whites, including Latines. I met her in 2012 when she was first running on SI and I don't like her but she's a shrewd politician and has aligned herself with MAGA and I'm sure that appeals to someone in Throgs Neck, Whitestone, Breezy Point, or on SI.
We weren’t taking any shots at the hippies, we were just noting that they were less involved in NYC local politics and organizing on that level than today’s left, which has taken a bottom-up approach in parts of New York.
