What is it in the Democratic DNA that makes them so willing to capitulate? I remember after John Kerry lost and his campaign manager said they were proud of the campaign they ran. Really? You left the Swift-boating go unanswered. Why would you do that? Why are they so comfortable with losing? Klobuchar never struck me as a serious person. 10 or so years ago when the downward direction of American democracy became apparent Klobuchar was beaming as she said we're heading towards fascism. I couldn't figure out why she was smiling and she still tends to do that. Maybe she's personally wealthy and doesn't really care what happens.

The problem is that the leftist elite is full of radical chic that care more about being perceived as better people than doing justice ("when they go low, we go high"), in part because, by being the elite, they're not the ones actually hurt by the Guardians of Pedophiles. I think this is the fundamental psychology behind it

Proportional representation or at most ranked choice voting, with the current system it's like hoping that pigs will fly
