well - we are still in the after effects of the 2008 banker induced recession. No one seems to want to hear about it. It's appraisal fraud and liar's loans (reference Bill Black - bank regulator and lawyer - how to rob a bank is to own one) . We don't need to build affordable housing. The rents are sucking us dry.
