First, she backs *away* from the agent with a gun.
Then look at the *wheels*: The victim turns to the RIGHT, AWAY FROM THE AGENT. She was not attempting to run him over. She wanted to AVOID HIM.
Then you hear a woman shouting :"NOOOOOooooo".
(I'm not sure who this woman was, perhaps the victim, perhaps someone else, but she seems to have understood immediately what was about to unfold. She hopefully can be a witness in the murder trial of this agent.)
As the car moves forward, the killing agent is now to the left of the car, maybe 2 ft and is not in danger. He has both hands extended forward, which is a shooting stance, holding the gun very close to the driver's head and fires. You hear the shot or shots.
A head shot immediately disables your understanding of what's going on. She must have her foot on the gas pedal but I doubt that she is even aware of her surroundings as the car goes forward and quickly hits another vehicle and stops. She cannot attempt to stop because she is probably already dead.
Look again at the wheels. that is really the proof that he was attempting to block her and she was turning away from him. that's just undeniable

I will never be immune to the tragedy that has befallen the United States at this time. I will do everything one person can do to stop it, but I fear the Congress will do nothing until the majority has changed. They simply won't. So, it is our duty as fellow humans to use our right to vote, protect that right, and get everyone else who has been hesitant to do the same. If they say they don't vote, or their vote doesn't count, or they don't want to get involved, show them the video of Renee Good getting her brains blown out by a creep on the street hiding behind a mask with a gun and a bullet proof vest and tell them, "Do you want to be next?". If no authority will stop them now, we have to do it in the Nov. midterms.
I agree with you that they have to be stopped, but please, not by shooting them or physically attacking them: If you attack them, physically, you give Trump an excuse to clamp even harder on everyone's liberties, and the cause loses supporters.
Whistles and harassment can do more. Maybe a handful of 3 pointed nails under their tires to immobilize them and force them to regroup in one place, pelting them with snowballs? Damage the vehicles, make donations to anyone who could stop them, write, phone every day to your legislators. (Always write first what you are going to say, making sure that what you say cannot be construed as a threat, and deliver the message, ANGRILY, but do not deviate from your script: It's too easy, when your emotions are high to improvise and say something dumb).
You can also egg the homes of the legislators who do nothing... Think of actions that are short of actionable but drives them to distraction. Deflating 2 tires is effective too. (not slashing the tires, which is destruction of property)
And when an American gets killed or deported without due process, keep protesting, louder.
Going to your town halls also bears fruit: You seek to stop their collaboration with ICE.. do not allow your Sheriff to collaborate with ICE by lending them the use of OUR jails, that WE pay for.
