Best wishes for a good and speedy recovery from surgery. Thank you for all your good work. My hope is that Democrats will wake up and push for expanding the electorate in the blue states by combining the local elections with the even year midterm elections which will boost voter turnout, save multi-millions of tax dollars (needed to make up cuts by Trump), and result in more women and more minorities being elected to local offices. It will also help break the Republican dominance of local government.

Thank you so much for all the good news, politically as well as personally. As a 77 year old trying to recover from Injuries in separate accidents (broken leg, broken ankle, concussion, broken elbow, broken kneecap) I know that being back home feels like quite a victory.

May you (and all of us) have many more. When I broke my left elbow snowboarding, I kept a journal and recorded every tiny victory day to day, adding a new thing I could now do.

It was invaluable!

And home is where the patient belongs, taking it slow and doing as the doctors advised and your wife implores.

Thank you for all the good news you've just given us. Just don't overdue it, we need you now and in the future. Yours is a site I share with all the young people I help register to vote, a place where they can obtain facts needed these days to plan their vote and their lives. Thank you.
