An unfathomable loss.

I had a long newsletter ready to send tonight but the death of Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader-Ginsburg trumps them all. It’s a tremendous loss, both because she was such an incredible and trailblazing figure in American history and because, obviously, the Republican Party will try to cram another right-wing Supreme Court justice through the Senate.

Update: In fact, Mitch McConnell just confirmed it.

We need to take action now. Start calling Sens. Susan Collins, Thom Tillis, Steve Daines, Cory Gardner, Joni Ernst, Martha McSally, and every other vulnerable Republican senator to make sure they do not allow Trump and McConnell to pull this off.
