Masses of people on the streets every day performing non violent civil disobedience, stopping work, shopping, etc until they can no longer govern and are removed from power and made accountable for their crimes against humanity is the only way forward to a more just, equal and sustainable society!
Do you think the general public understands any of what you wrote up there or cares? Yes we need to add four more justices to the Supreme Court but it’s not gonna happen. Christian nationalist white supremacist have had their day. They’re very long 70 year day and now you see the results, we need leaders in the Democratic Party people who can express themselves clearly and strongly or we’re going down the tubes.
I like to think that the American public can grasp concepts like expanding the court and the urgency of it, it just requires leveling with them and passionately pursuing it. The problem isn't that Americans are ignorant, it's that politicians treat them that way. Expanding the court polls well; we just have to create a demand for it.
First, the dirty half-dozen needs to be booed relentlessly any time they dare to show their faces in public. Throw in some hisses too, for good measure.
Second, it strikes me that one of the reasons that conservative ghouls orcs and vampires say they don't like Iran is that there is a Supreme Leader and a Supreme council that ultimately run the show. It seems more likely that they're envious.
Thanks for this discussion. I’m afraid if we don’t go far enough we will not discover how deep or broad the problem is. We can all believe or hope that people’s prejudices and discrimination will abate. But law exists because limits have to be set on people’s actual behavior, not just our expectation of decency. This is where libertarianism has failed us. It certainly failed the Republican Party. The notion that you have to have the minutes to a KKK rally planning meeting to prove the existence of their racist intentions is laughable. You don’t need to have such proofs to have standards, strong expectations and enforcement.
Also we need to work on imposing term limits to SCOTUS.

The court needs to be equal in representation as they have already proved they can't be a political.
Expand the number and term limits.
