What are we all supposed to do? Pretend the world isn’t on fire until we are all crisps?

When someone can demand that you use certain terms and not others you have a real Dickkkktatorship. That is quite the opposite of Freedom of Speech. They are in fact attempting to take away our First Amendment.

We can only hope that we don't have to use our Second.

But I'll tell you: It may come to that, and we had better be ready.

And it will be hard to remove. The People are now the only ones that can stand in the way. Ally with your friends and hound the a$$wipes in Congress. Jam the phones, fill the email boxes, do what they do: INTIMIDATE THE HELL out of them.

This list is a fucking disaster. I work in Solid Waste Management. One of our clients is a federal site. We perform GHG emissions monitoring there, including but not limited to methane monitoring. If gas goes unmonitored it can lead to an 'eruption' on site and dangerous conditions that affect air quality. While not all landfills produce gas, many do. Often without residents knowing because people aren't aware of this. And that's for both lined and unlined landfills.

Groundwater is also something we monitor to ensure waterways are not impacted by landfills. This includes sampling groundwater and surface water for PFAS/PFOS, VOCs, SVOCs, etc. Lots of labs will lose funding from federal contracts being cancelled by this and larger labs will scoop up those dwindling businesses for cheap, then deregulate their own quality of services due to lack of competition and federal oversight. That's not even to mention any of the nuclear concerns. As I said, a fucking disaster. States will have to pick up the slack or increase serious public health risks.

So, the little dick-tater has decreed from on high, that basically all terms relating to:

climate, air, water, soil, chemicals, food crops, energy sources (other than oil & gas), & half-dozen other categories having to do with our food production, science, agriculture, health, safety, etc.... can no longer be used in any reports, findings, requests/results, Gov't documents, etc... etc...

Is that about right?!?

Gee...did he forget about bees & other pollinators, beneficial bugs, earthworms, & the word "organic"?? Or, is that going to be in the 2nd edition of "Trump's Bible of Forbidden Food & Science Words"??!

This most ignorant jackass makes other Authoritian Rulers cringe!!! (IMHO)
